Ordered a travel cup online for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately Australia Post damaged it during transit. When I emailed on a Sunday expressing my concerns as the packaging of the cup had been damaged, Adam responded within minutes and express posted a new box out to me that I received on the Monday. It's great to see a company take the extra minutes to personalise their sales. Never a bad shop with these guys and highly satisfied with their products.

Fitzrovia & Co stock a great range of quality products - while they're generally aimed at guys, I'm sure there's something on here for everyone! I've purchased a nice wine decanter and some Hunter Lab products (which are great, and the shampoo and conditioner have lasted ages). The swift and personalised service was a lovely touch. I work in Marketing, so am always looking for brands and companies who stand out. Fitzrovia's 24-hour warning email for their sale gave me enough time to look on their website and show my wife a few things that took my fancy. When the sale eDM came through I was ready to go, having identified some great linen sheets. Even with the sale price the sheets were a little bit pricey, but we were willing to give if a go. Could not believe how quickly the sheets arrived - less than 2 days and they were waiting on my doorstep. The cherry on top was the hand-written note. I took the note into work the next day to share with my Marketing and Customer Service team - along with the marketing campaign for the sale - who were all very impressed.
