How does the Fitzrovia & Co. Price Beat work?
The item you're after should be identical (brand, model, size, colour, etc), in stock, and available for immediate dispatch from a store (physical or online) based in Australia. We'll endeavour to price beat most Australian businesses. We hope you’ll understand we may not price beat when it comes to unauthorised/grey imports, clearance/liquidation prices, bulk/bundled promotions, warehouse outlets, auction sites, sites that require a membership or loyalty program or prices that are not available to the general public. We won’t price beat competitor advertising errors, or items below our cost price.
How do I request a Price Beat?
Simply contact us with a link to the product or advert, by emailing us via customercare@fitzrovia.co, messaging us via Facebook Messenger, or calling us on 1300 610 888. Be sure to include your delivery address and let us know how you will be paying (credit card, Paypal, Afterpay, or Zip, etc). Please don't include credit card details.
The price comparison will take into account the item price as well as any delivery or other fees the competitor charges.
We'll verify your request and respond very promptly.
The price beat, once accepted, will be valid for immediate purchases only.
