Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

 

  1. Your gift card can be redeemed at fitzrovia.co by entering the redeem code at checkout.
  2. Your gift card can be used toward products and shipping.
  3. You can use multiple gift cards towards an order.
  4. Your gift card can be used as part payment for an order. You will need to add an additional payment method for the remainder of the order total.
  5. Your gift card can be used over multiple transactions while you have a balance available, and the card is within the expiry date.
  6. Your gift card can not be added to once initial funds have been assigned to it.
  7. Your gift card can not be used to purchase gift cards or any current or future item that can be used as a payment method.
  8. You should treat your gift card like cash; lost, stolen, damaged or misused gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  9. The bearer of the gift card will be taken to be the owner of the gift card.
  10. You are liable for all transactions on your card, so we encourage you to store the card/redeem code securely.
  11. It is your responsibility to use the card before it expires. Cards will be void after the expiry date and may not be redeemed.
  12. We encourage you to use the full value of the card - any unused balance will not be refunded or credited.
  13. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed for another gift card.
  14. Where items paid for using a gift card are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of any refund due. The original gift card expiry date will be used and continue to apply. If you returned an item due to change of mind and the gift card expiry date has passed we will only be able to offer an exchange.
  15. Should we suspect any fraud relating to a gift card, we may refuse to redeem the card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
  16. You can check your available card balance using the original gift card link provided, or by emailing us via customercare@fitzrovia.co .
  17. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  18. Contact customercare@fitzrovia.co if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your gift card.
