I work in Marketing, so am always looking for brands and companies who stand out. Fitzrovia's 24-hour early notice email for their sale gave me enough time to look on their website and show my wife a few things that took my fancy. When the sale eDM came through I was ready to go, having identified some great linen sheets. Even with the sale price the sheets were a little bit pricey, but we were willing to give if a go. Could not believe how quickly the sheets arrived - less than 2 days and they were waiting on my doorstep. The cherry on top was the hand-written note by Adam. I took the note into work the next day to share with my Marketing and Customer Service team - along with the marketing campaign for the sale - who were all very impressed.
